Binary Tile Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-19

1. Data we collect

This release of Binary Tile does not require an account and does not collect analytics, advertising, or tracking data from the app for remote processing.

2. Data stored on your device

Binary Tile stores gameplay-related information locally on your device, such as settings, language preference, saved projects, replay/history data, and statistics. This information stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it or send it by email yourself.

3. When you contact support

If you choose the in-app feedback email entry, the draft may include app version, system version, device type, current language, board size, current rule group, score, and best tile, plus any message you write. The email is sent only if you decide to send it.

4. Sharing features

The app may let you share challenge text or screenshots through the iOS share sheet. Sharing happens only when you explicitly choose a destination and confirm the share.

5. In-app purchases

If you purchase the optional Pro Customization unlock, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

6. Data control and deletion

Because this release does not keep account data on our servers, there is no server-side gameplay profile to delete. You can remove local gameplay data by deleting projects in the app, resetting statistics in the app, or deleting the app from your device. Purchase history and billing records are managed by Apple.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The public page at this URL will be updated when needed.
