Use this page when you need help with purchases, permissions, local records, or bug reporting for Puffer Bounce.

Languages

Before You Report an Issue

  • Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and what you expected to happen.
  • List the exact steps that led to the problem and whether it happens every time.
  • Attach a screenshot or short recording whenever that makes the issue easier to understand.

Purchases and Restore

  • Flight Pass is a non-consumable unlock handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • If you already purchased Flight Pass, open the unlock screen in the app and choose Restore Purchases.
  • After you purchase Flight Pass, pause ads no longer appear.

Permissions

  • Location access is only requested for Dynamic Sky. If you deny it, the app falls back to time-zone-based sky calculations.
  • If a permission prompt was dismissed earlier, you can review it later in the iOS Settings app.
  • If ad privacy choices are required in your region, open Settings > Support & Feedback > Privacy Choices in the app to review or update them later.

Scores and Local Progress

  • Current settings, local records, and recovery data are stored on your device so the app can resume your experience.
  • If you switch devices or delete the app, local-only records may not transfer unless Apple services provide their own sync.

Game Center

  • Leaderboards need a signed-in Apple account with Game Center available on the device.
  • If Game Center is unavailable, the app still keeps on-device results and core gameplay works normally.
