Private diagnostics
Settings can prepare a local .acoustovizsupport package without media, PCM, analysis frames, project titles, notes, filenames, full paths, or route identifiers. Preview exclusions before generating it.

Keep the source. Describe the symptom.
Email [email protected]. Include the AcoustoViz version/build, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, what you were doing, what happened, and reproducible steps. Do not attach media unless you have reviewed it and explicitly intend to share it.
Quick checks
| App closes during launch or capture | Install the latest available build, restart the device, confirm free storage, and note whether Camera/Microphone permission or a particular lens was involved. Preserve the Apple crash report and its exact version/build. |

| Camera or microphone is unavailable | Open iOS Settings › Privacy & Security and review Camera/Microphone access. Files import remains available without capture permission. |
| No waveform or spectrum | Confirm that the selected media has an audio track, wait for local analysis to finish, then retry the project. An audio-less video correctly produces no audio measurement. |
| Only dBFS is shown | This is the safe default. Derived SPL requires complete, unexpired calibration evidence that exactly matches the recorded route, format, and channel policy. |
| Export is blocked or incomplete | Keep the original media, verify free storage, review the local job/recovery message, and retry. Do not delete the source while a report or rendered export is needed. |
Nothing is sent automatically
The app opens the iOS share sheet only after your action. You choose the destination and can cancel. Review every file before sharing.
