Get in touch

Email [email protected] with the app version, device model, iOS version and what happened. Attach a screenshot only if you want to; remove personal writing or payment information first. We do not need your password, payment card or full backup.

Restore or cancel

Open Settings → Subscriptions → Restore purchases. Check the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Manage or cancel from the same screen or in Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting MojiGlow or its data does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Writing and languages

Switch languages instantly in Settings → Language. If a character has no licensed guide, it uses free writing. A full passage keeps separate positions for repeated characters. Finishing a guided character saves and advances automatically.

Back up and recover

Use Settings → Data management to export a backup before replacing a device. Import validates the data before replacing local content. Damaged data is shown as read-only with a recovery export. Export files and device backups remain wherever you saved them.
