Scope and operator

This policy covers the MojiGlow app and its public support pages, operated by Wei Sun. Effective September 26, 2026. Contact: [email protected].

Writing stays on your device

MojiGlow stores handwriting points, stroke styles, drafts, personal passages, bookmarks, practice and review history, and preferences locally. The app does not upload them to us. There is no app account, advertising, remote analytics or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal data.

Apple purchases

Apple processes payments, subscription renewals, trial eligibility and refunds. StoreKit supplies product information and cryptographically verified entitlement status on your device. We do not receive your card details or Apple Account password. Purchase records are managed by Apple; they are not included in MojiGlow backups.

Files and device features

Text import and clipboard access occur when you choose those actions. Sharing or exporting sends selected content to a destination you choose. MojiGlow uses finger or Apple Pencil input and system Japanese speech; it does not record microphone audio. Device and iCloud backups may contain local app data according to your Apple settings.

Support and website

If you email support, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send and use them to answer your request. Keep private content out of screenshots when possible. The website has no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting service may process connection information such as IP address and technical logs to serve and protect the pages. Apple and external sites apply their own privacy policies when opened.

Retention and your choices

Local practice data remains until you remove it. Delete individual records or use Settings → Data management → Erase data. Remove exported files and device backups separately. Deleting local data does not cancel subscriptions or erase Apple purchase records. Contact support for questions or requests about information you sent us; support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and applicable obligations.

Learners of all ages

We do not ask learners for names, ages, location, contacts or advertising identifiers. Purchases are confirmed through Apple, with Ask to Buy and Screen Time controls where configured. The app is not listed in the Kids Category.

Changes

We update this page and its effective date when practices change. Material changes will also be described through the app or its release information.
