Frequently asked questions
Saving to Photos
If exported images or videos do not appear in Photos, check whether Photos access is allowed for SymmetrySketch in system Settings.
Restoring VIP purchases
Open the VIP or purchase UI in the app and use Restore Purchases to resync previous entitlements.
Billing or refunds
In-App Purchases are billed by Apple. For billing issues or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase support channels.
A project file will not open
Keep the original file unchanged. If support asks for a copy, include whether the file was in the app library or in an external location you selected.
